Great selections, fast delivery, great parcel tracking. Because so many fragrances are not available in my area (Canada) the only thing that would make my shopping experience better would be to have more samples available to choose new fragrances from, or to receive samples as a ‘bonus’ with purchase.

Decent selection of fragrances, some other discounters carry a LOT more variety. Delivery times are excellent, usually earlier than stated. Leaking bottles are becoming more & more the norm. While picking out scents for my last order, one if the scents was listed for $19.98. But as I was finishing up my order the time went past midnight & the price switched to $23.98 during my order. I complained but was told the $23.98 was the correct price. Felt kinda ripped off because of that, even though the fragrance was/is great. The ordering process can be a bit clunky, but it is simple which is good

I love everything about fragracex from the number of different cologne brands to the availability of it. I like how fast it gets delivered. I like the fact that you can use things like klarna. There is really nothing to complain about except one thing. I spent a lot of money here and there is never any thing that they give you for free. For example I ordered from another place and they gave me like 5 different samples for free when I ordered from them but when i order from fragrencex they give you nothing and I even asked them why and they just don't want to do it. I think it's bad business not to do it when your competition is doing it.
When I was suggested to order the same perfume twice, while checking out, it was a bit stressful, because there was a timer for my decision. Other than that, everything was pretty easy, the order arrived on time and quickly, to my door, without any issues. Thanks :)

I enjoy shopping with FragranceX because of their prices and fast shipping. I would recommend to anyone to use FragranceX if they want some of the best deals. The one thing that I would like to see more of is high-end smells. Other places have high-end fragrances, but the shipping is not reasonable, they take way too long to ship out your order; If FragranceX would get more of the high-end smells, hands down I would spend more money with them.

I have hear about fragrance X from a relative and I have been stuck there ever since. I love the variety that the site offers . Other sites do have deals on fragrance but the deals are never as good as what fragrance X offers and there for I keep running back to fragrance X for my purchases. I can get fragrances for myself and others based on the reviews which are mostly accurate and also by experience of purchasing the fragrance beforehand.. the site can contain glitches but other than that it’s a great site to navigate through.

Overall a great shoping experience. The website is well organised and easy to navigate. Prices are competitive to other online offerings and shipping prices are very fair. While there is a very wide selection of fragrances, often the smaller sizes are unavailable. Smaller sizes are important as some products can be expensive. I live overseas, and the packaging used by fragrancex is outstanding. A very solid and protective cardboard box with lotsa bubble inside. I definately recommend Fragrancex.

Hello. This may sound somewhat critical, however it is not critical at all but hopefully a valid comment notwithstanding, my love of Aramis when I was a younger man. I was looking for a new scent, when I came across FragrantX, naturally I was pleased when I saw Aramis. I further was delighted to see the vast line of colognes many which I use or have worn prior to finding Arsmis. I ordered the Aramis, and due to the excellent service got it in the shortest time possible. Well every good tale has its clouds, and when I had prepared to leave for work sprayed Aramis I was left in a quandary; This was not the cologne that I used in university. Crash...the scent did not magically take me back to the maritimes, and my life as a twenty something. My recollection is just that. But no critical footnotes of FragranceX they were patient and fine to deal with. Thanks for the service.

I’ve been buying from fragrance X for a few years now, and I can find my fragrance on it easily. The only thing that upsets me now is that I can’t seem to find the tester product in it and I used to always get a tester and it was cheaper and that’s what I liked a lot about the online ordering process but now my fragrance is never in the testers, but I do recommend fragrance X to anybody that talks to me about fragrances.

The perfumes are good smells and retro, but when u show a bottle of perfume and says 3.95 should be the price for that bottle not one for smaller size. Show exactly what one is at that price.
The fragrance is genuin-smelled amazing! But, I ordered the one with the missing cap,so the bottle did not look pretty??. The youtube reviews were helpful.the parcel took long to arrive but is definitely worth the wait.
I was disappointed to find that the production date on the Bright Crystals I purchased is 2015. It's 7 years old, which is well beyond the expiration date. However, it doesn't smell rancid or old; therefore, I am keeping it. I just hope it continues to smell good long enough for me to use the 3 ounce bottle.

Purchased 3 perfumes. Out of those 3, 1 seems to me like it might not be original or legit. It is the Hugo Boss Deep Red. I have owned that perfume before, Purchased at Macy's. And the fragrance would last all day. With the one Purchased from Fragrancex, it does not in fact does not even make it half day. Other than that I am pleased with the other 2 perfumes.

I am more than pleased with mynl purchases threw fragrancex. I've ordered a variety of perfumes by different designers. By far my most favorites would be my Lattafa purchases OUD. They are by far the most powerful long lasting scents I have tried. I have not been disappointed at all with anymore my fragrances purchased. Order and delivery are fast speedy and most often long before delivery date.
Selection was nice, shipping was timely most of my orders were gifts sent to the recipient and I have not received any complaints from anyone. Price was nice and saved me a trip to the store.
Just recently found this site and I love it. The prices are affordable. It’s easy to navigate. The shipping is OK and the perfume selection is excellent. Definitely would recommend this site for anybody looking to purchase good perfume for affordable price.
Best online prices and selections. I usually find what I'm looking for except for 3 items. Bvlgari BLV Notte for men Escada Casual Friday for men Escada Magnetism for men I have requested these items multiple times with no results.
FragranceX offers good selection, a low threshold for free shipping, and fair prices. The biggest advantage of this company vs. the company I believe to be its main rival is how promptly orders are filled and shipped out. I don't remember experiencing as issue with FragranceX in that regard. I only have one complaint: The coupon codes they offer to thank you for your order, even when printed on paper in a shipping box, turn out to be lower than the 15-percent-off coupon that's always available, easily, on the website. I'm glad I pay attention, but that's a sneaky way to treat loyal customers, by essentially charging them higher prices if they fully trust FragranceX to be giving them a special offer (as is claimed). Be it known to you, you haven't fooled me, and I disrespect this tactic. All special deals should come out to AT LEAST the 15% that's always or almost always for the taking for anyone who orders on the website.
I usually use another fragrance store, but found that you have just as good of a selection, maybe better, with faster delivery times.
Site easily navigated. Found exactly what I was looking for at a price significantly reduce from store price. Ordering was simple, delivery timely. Would use the site again.

Purchased Acqua Di Parma Colonia Essenza with the best price on the net. FragranceX has a wide selection of both designer and niche brands with among the best prices. However, their shipping time can be improved. Mine took roughly 14 days to get to me in the Philippines. Despite long shipping, their great prices, frequent sales, and free shipping promos make FraganceX easily the best place to get niche fragrances. Highly recommended.
I love all of the perfumes, I love the prices I got to buy 7 brand name perfumes for about 200$ when if I bought them with their full prices it would cost way more. They delivered my order in a week. I definitely would recommend this website to others.

I have been shopping with FragX for over 5 yrs and they have met every expectation I ever think of, I like to change up my perfume ever so often and with FragX you can do that by buying their samples. I am an Avon rep., and yes we have lil cache of cologne but doesn't do justice with a lil 1-inch x 2-inch pad with 2 use. You can get samples and use them more than once to see how it smells on you for different scenarios. You can never go wrong with FragX.
The Fragrance X experience is ultimately a good one, the variety of products is amazing, the information for each item is detailed and informative. The one issue I had was the table with product info in it should be associated with the the summary and description of the scent you are looking at. The suggestions associated with chosen products is usually quiet accurate and helpful. I ordered 2 different sizes of Grey Flannel, which is hard to find in my area. But pleased at the variety of choices. It arrived in a timely manner and quicker than expected. I will definitely recommend the site because of the savings. The only con I can possibly think of. Is the trade off of having to wait for the product to arrive. Mugler Alien Body Cream is such an admirable and elegant fragrance, and I am always asked about the name of the fragrance, I am wearing! The fragrance lasted all day, and I smelled the fragrance the next morning.

The Frangrancex site is pretty basic, but it provides the information that I prefer when shopping for fragrances. The prices are great and the shipping time is appropriate. I have referred people to this site in the past and they were satisfied.
This is specifically on my last order. Loved the Prada Candy Night. You did not disappointed me at all. However the Narciso Rodriguez flat spray sample had nothing really to spray so I could not really smell it to give an opinion. That was disappointing. In general, I love your site.
It's a great way to get fragrances specific to US market or the classic ones, less popular nowadays which can't be found in the stores anymore. Some prices are extremely affordable, others not so much but still reasonable. Products from brands aimed at European market can be kind of scarce and expensive here. Discount codes other than FX15 don't make any sense since they can't be aggregated.
