Delivery on my first order is a bit long,it took 3 weeks. Order tracking is not updated for almost 1 week, then appeared many updates after 3 weeks. Hi there, FragranceX.com, well I've got one 'cons' to tell you about just 'pros'! I am absolutely rubbish working the 'online' things but this map so easy, too easy in fact, as I can see from my bank balance! But really, the ease to order was great, nothing complicated about it and the number of different perfumes, aftershaves etc, was huge, everything I wanted was there at the click of button. Not just new fragrances but the old ones too that can bring back lovely memories. I was just going to order one, but that was never going to happen! Please with the selection of fragrances available, but disappointed some Guerlain items are no longer available. Fault the market, not the vendor, but still disappointing. Mon Guerlain was not as feminine as I expected, but it is an okay fragrance for winter; will not wear it in summer. Very happy with the Liz Taylor Gardenia, but I've purchased and used it before, so I knew what I was getting. Thanx.

Sadly in my latest purchase with order no. 57056581, a 100ml Jo Malone Wood Sage and Sea Salt, I was surprised of the low quality of the scent, thus, my questioning of its legitimacy. First, its cap is blue (which is far different from the cap of those that are bought from malls). Second is the scent, which is far from the usual scent of the authentic ones that I have already bought here in BGC Manila and Rustan's Manila. Your customer assistant though had informed that you welcome the return of the item. I tried it yesterday through LBC but they did not accept the parcel as they do not deliver items in the address that you have provided for return purposes. That's why at the moment, I am helpless. I do not know what else could be done with this. For the rest of the features of your shop, it was great, thus my high ratings for those. Like I said, I had previous purchases from you like D&G Light Blue and D&G Classic Pour Homme and these were legit items. I hope you could still help me with my concern.

Lalique for Men is my go-to fragrance and has been for many years. I am particularly pleased that my bottles arrived in the original factory shrink wrap. It has a pleasing fragrance that lasts the entire day. My only regret is that one must have a minimum value order to qualify for free shipping.

Elizabeth Taylors White Diamond body lotion has a nice fragrance not too overwhelming and the lotion leaves your skin nice and smooth. But the Bill Blass'perfume had more of a harsher alcohol smell.
Euphoria is a woody, spicy scent that is heady and intoxicating. It is is an attractive fragrance that renders comments from so many as to how great of a scent it is on me. I can never smell it, but I hear that is typical. Euphoria is the closest fragrance to the one that I had, Fendi for women, the original formula. Fendi stopped making it. I hope that this becomes my signature scent.

I compared FragranceX to several other online fragrance vendors. They were competitively priced, had a large selection, and had the right information about the products. They also had a relatively low limit for the free shipping. My order arrived quickly - even during the December holiday rush. It was packaged well and everything was as stated. The cologne miniatures were a great way to let me sample scents without the tester sprays. I much prefer minis and will shop here again.

Fragrance X was one of the few online retailers to have the product in stock and at a good price point, even with shipping to Canada. Tracking is great until it crosses the border, then it's a bit more vague. The product was exactly as described and still arrived in a reasonable time.

Very happy with the whole experience. Was really suprised that the charges for the product and shipping to the United Kingdom were quite a lot lower than any UK based supplier. Very pleased with the speed of shipping and the packaging used.

Great experience overall, easy to use website and good levels of stock, although I couldn’t get all the fragrances I wanted - (this is probably due to the popularity of the scents and the website overall) Prices are competitive with other websites, but would love to see a little more discount given to bulk orders over £100. I would definitely recommend and will use FragranceX.com again (and again). Only drawback is the time it takes to ship over to myself in the UK, however when it’s free shipping I can’t complain too much.

I was able to find vanilla noted scents and what I wanted was available. The prices were either lower or a little lower then other prices and enticed me to buy. I was able to read reviews and see what notes were in the perfumes before I bought so I wasn’t afraid to blind buy as much. Also being first in the search results helped.

I love ordering from FragranceX for all my perfumes and cologne for my husband. There is a huge selection to choose from and whichever perfume you click on it tells you all about that fragrance. What year it was made and every note that was used to develop the final scent and who it was made by. It's so informative but my favorite part is receiving the box in the mail. It comes so fast its unbelievable. I usually have my favorites that I order over and over buy this time I ordered a new scent because of the description that was given and the price was phenomenal. The purchase was very good. I think the shipping is not so good. I do recommend Fragrance X. com as it's very easy to scroll through all pages and the layout of the products is excellent! There's a lot of professionalism with this company. Cons I actually don't see much just some perfumes that Fragrance X don't carry and the shipping cost, also Fragrance X needs to try some other forms of creating more specials.

My last order were 2 Montale perfumes, Montale oud tabacco and Montale oud night. l had before the samples of both of them and i loved them. The montale oud tabacco its great, i love it, i can smell it even after hours, the oud night i feel the quality its not the same, even with the sample. I ordered the sample as well because i like to keep them in my purse, its easier to carry them instead of the full size, when i wear the sample its stays so long and even after days i can feel it in my clothes, and the full size perfume it goes away after an hour, i am really disappointed. And i can't understand why, they are same perfume.

My addresses have changed throughout the years and I have always received my orders, either in the USA or other countries where I am visiting. I am very satisfied with Fragrance X and I love it when you contact me about my perfumes going on sale with discounts. Whenever I go to department stores to buy my favorite perfumes, either they don't carry my brand or they are sold out. That becomes quite frustrating. I know I can depend on Fragrance X to be able to provide the perfumes that I like. I wished Fragrance X had an APP. It would be so much easier to go to an App, rather having to go Online each time. I did not NEED a delightfully fragrant and beautifully packaged bar of soap, but, just in case imported items become scarce...I wanted to add this to my backup supply of cleansers.
