Not a 100% Lavender Fragrance
This is not a deeply lavender fragrance, like my former all time fav Jo Malone Amber and Lavender or Lavande by L'Occitane It's has some Bergamot notes to it and a powdery finish. However, it's fresh and easy to wear every day. .

I absolutely love it
I have tried several lavander perfumes and this is the only one that actually smells like lavander and it is not clouded with other smells. It lasts all day. It stays just as stong as when I first put it on yet it's still a soft clean smell not overwhelming or over powering. It pairs beautifully with the lavander lotion also by Yardley London. Next I am buying the bodywash. I can not wait!

English lavender by Yardley
At first, I ordered this fragrance as a gift, and then, after the compliments I heard about it, I decided to buy it for myself. It's nice, but the smell is not exactly what I remembered since my childhood years, when I used to smell it. Back then, the lavender fragrance was overwhelming, but without being strong... it brought to me images of nature, of morning dew... now it is mixed with the other ingredients, and, in my opinion, the fragrance is altered quite a lot.

English Lavender Not As Strong as French
I've used French lavender soaps in the past. They had the bits of plant in the soap and a strong smell. This English soap's scent is very subtle. I want a stronger lavender scent, so that is the reason I would not recommend it. If you like a subtle scent, you'd be happy with it.

Nice refreshing lavender
It's a nice smell of lavender oil at the begining, that becomes more floral in its base. Very refreshing and calming. Fits greate when you need to concentrate. Regretfully it lasts just about an hour

It is a pleasant enough fragrance,easily recognised by many. I treat it as a General refreshment product. Just right for splashing around in the morning. Also the General calming effect always works. Sad to say that for me the smell does not last very long,couple of hours maybe!

My favorite Cologne
I use if everyday when I dress. This is one of the first perfumes I used when I was a teenager. Its the only one that has stayed with me for over 50 years. Love this scent. I was thrilled when I found it on this site. its not easy to find at a good price.

Very cosy and refreshing smell. At the begining more like lavender oil. In the base I fill flowers and woody notes. It doesn't sound synthetically or harsh. Regretfully lasts just about an hour
