My Favorite Narciso
I love the white Narciso fragrance! It is a clean, musky, floral and makes me feel fresh and sophisticated. It only lasts about 5-6 hours on my skin though (I have very dry skin and do have trouble with scents lasting on me).

Musky clean scent. Has a piercing scent on the opening but eventually mellows down. I couldn't smell florals on this. I only ordered the sample, wouldn't buy a full bottle. I like sweeter scent, maybe I would like the nr for her edp better.

You can tell from the first sniff that Narciso Rodriguez has perfected the art of blending musks to perfection. This is a beautiful scent that I will probably layer with something woody to take the feminine edge down a notch. I love some florals, but this one is a little too on the girly side for me. Unisex tend to be my favorite

I have used all types in this line, Her, Red, etc and this one is sooo beautiful...my favorite as it seems just a bit more mysterious and seductive than the others, yet still a close cousin to the classic "Her" by Narciso Rodriquez.

The musk makes it confident and feminine. You definitely smell the musk but it is not harsh or bold. If musk were a sweater this one is cashmere not wool. The remaining notes compliment the musk to make it luxurious. This scent is not youthful but definitely not elderly. It's womanly with a comforting vibe. The personality of this makes me think of that female senior manager at work that you aspire to be like in your career. This could be a signature scent or a special occasion scent in your collection.

I loved this from the moment I smelled a sample. Some might think that the top notes are a bit odd, but like others said, you really need to wait for the base notes. It balances light freshness with a bold undertone of richness and sensuality. I still love it now that I have the full size version, although I will say that it lasts much longer on clothing than it does on my skin. For that last detail, I have to deduct a star, but I still love this scent. Also, my first bottle arrived leaking (and the entire shipping box smelled great, lol), but FragranceX did a great job replacing it. Thank you!

Not for Me
Because I love Narciso Rodriguez, I wanted to try the Pure Musc for Her. But, after purchasing a few disappointing blind buys recently, I elected to purchase the sample vial. Definitely glad I did not purchase a full size of Pure Musc because this fragrance does not work well with my body chemistry at all. Generally, I like perfumes with floral notes, musk and cashmere, I like powdery fragrances. For whatever reason, this particular scent has a very unpleasant pungent order that is immediately apparent and overwhelming on me. Hate to say I do not reconmend this fragrance, so I will say, sample it first before you invest.

I love musk fragrances, and the initial spray here smells great. On my skin, this goes to a soapy scent pretty quickly. Soapy fragracnces are not my favorite- so this is not for me. It is a well made, well blended perfume- just not my kind of scent.

You really need to wait for the slightly aquatic lily notes to fade in order to appreciate this perfume because that's when you really get that beautiful musk in the base coming through and it wears for hours.
