I was very disappointed in this purchase.
I had purchased Mauboussin for men for my husband so I got the one for women; unfortunately, it only lasts for 10 minutes or so. It smells very nice but dissipates in so short time that I find it almost useless. I do not understand as the Mauboussi for men lasts for as much as 24 hours!

Another winner by Mauboussin
Mauboussin really do make lovely perfume. This only got 4 stars because it doesn't hold as long as the others but that may be just my skin chemistry. Its a lovely, slightly floral smell, but develops into something quite unusual. The delivery time from the U.S. to the U.K. is absolutely amazing, its so fast. Thank you FragranceX

Gentle Rose and fruity gourmand
Very pleasant scent from Mauboussin. It's totally underrated (despite that there's nothing so phenomenal). A lot of celebrities scents get so much attention that they totally don't deserve. Who needs them, when we have such a nice compositions like "Rose Pour Elle"?!... This one is not too sweet, gentle rose with some juicy fruits and delicate sweet / gourmand notes. I can't detect much caramel here. Rose smells here very tasty. Lucky me, but I can't smell anything too synthetic. Overall in the beginning it reminds a juicy peaches with apricots and fruity-tea scent ,later it brings more of a rose note in it and getting more of sweet / slightly caramel notes. Its suitable more for a spring or summer seasons. Average longevity with detectable silage. I like it as a daily routine scent for hot summer days. By the way it has something similar in developing with "Flower party" of Yves Rocher, but definitely more complex.
