Passion Boisee Cologne by Frapin, This luxurious fragrance for men is a well-composed blend of woody, spicy aromas brightened by citrus. Top notes of clove and nutmeg are given additional sweetness by aromatic rum and then enlivened by tangerine. Heart notes of rich, earthy oakmoss and warm wood tones from oak give way to a base comprised of musky patchouli with its balsamic undertones, elegant and powerful leather, and the distinctive aroma of cedar. Longevity is moderate to extended, while sillage is gauged to be moderate.

The Frapin cognac house was established in the Grande Champagne region of France in the late 13th century and is still revered today. The company began to develop fragrances in 2002 and named its first offering 1270 in honor of the year the company was founded. Passion Boisee, created by nose Jeanne-Marie Faugier, was launched in 2007. Faugier trained at Givaudan-Roure, eventually joining Technico Flor where she created scents for several well-known brands.
