Dune Cologne by Christian Dior launched in 1997, the work of perfumer Jean-Louis Sieuzac. Sharing a name with the women's fragrance from 1991, it is a very different thing. Where that earlier version leans warm and floral, this men's release runs cooler and more architectural, built on aromatic herbs and dry woods rather than softness or warmth. Classic Great
Dune Pour Homme is a classic scent. Wonderful fig scent with a slight middle eastern vibe. If you haven't put your nose on this one you definitely should. Discontinued in the US, so I'm really happy to be able to find this at FragranceX.

I have been using Dune since 1990's almost daily.
I have always drawn compliments from my mother, my daughters and female dates, even some of my work mates, about how fresh and earthy I smell using Dune. Women find it rather sexy and a great turn on. I find it refreshing and a confidence booster. It may be pricey, but it is worth it just to hear all the positive comments. NEVER had a negative comment.

One of a kind classic
I've been in love with Dune for years. This is truly a unique, refined fresh aromatic scent with a beautiful mildly sweet fig accord. It's very versatile being subtle yet noticeable and wearable all year round. Always draws compliments, always.

watered down something
I have used Dune for over 10 years. This is the first time I purchased it on line. I ordered 3 bottles of Dune and got 3 bottles of watered down somethng. I feel that I was ripped off. I will not pay for this. I will return it when you tell me where to send it.
