Saw the product on the website and was a great price but hadn't realised I was buying from the US until I saw I was charged in dollars so I immediately thought I was in for a long delay! Wrong! Fragrancex.com is an excellent online store for perfumes. Unfortunately, my order never arrived, due to a delivery error by the UK carrier. Fragrancex provided outstanding communication and assistance throughout the process, and I even received a refund. The customer service representative, Antonio, was particularly helpful. However, because of the UK delivery company's failure, I am hesitant to place future orders. I regret this, as I highly valued the convenience of Fragrancex.

Based on my first purchase with fragrance x I had an issue where the shipping address used was not in my name, however the purchase was made using my banking info. This caused my package to be held for a few days, I thought it wouldn't reach on time but nevertheless the customer support team was very understanding and provided the necessary assistance to make sure that the process ran smoothly. I have made online purchases 2 times. All the products chosen meet my requirements. The price is reasonable & they have a variety of perfumes, which I have never encountered before. The problem sometimes is when the purchase is ok, suddenly receiving a message that the order was rejected without any explanation. A bit confused on that part. Overall, everything is superb.

I ordered from this company several times....quick delivery, packed well. The only negative I sometimes find is that the product does not seem to last as long as when I buy from a dept store, not on everything,just sometimes. Will continue to buy,just wish there were bigger samples to buy as there has been a few times I have not liked the fragrance and I am out money. Great selection but the only place I can still find Givenchy Gentleman products. I purchase the cologne as you don’t offer the aftershave but not much difference. Easy to order but would order more often if you didn’t charge so much for freight. Although I do live in Canada. I’ve been using your products for many years now and will continue to recommend your site.

DKNY WOMAN AND DKNY MEN This is the second time I’ve ordered from fragrancex. My favourite perfume is hard to get in Australia, and if stocked much more expensive! I was worried at first ordering from USA as for the time taken for it to arrive and if it would be the original product. Happy with my products and arrived safely.The fragrances are wonderful and similar to those I always use. Rhe only thing I want to sat I was unhappy with was the small bottle I received did not come with a lid and the top keeps dalling off in my bag.
Shipping is effective, the prices are good. The products are good, I wish we could have better sample kits and packages because a lot of us do blind buys, especially for loyal customers, they should offer sample kits after a certain amount of spending, based on the previous scents ordered.
Being in Canada, once I factored in the exchange rate, duty, taxes etc. I probably could have bought the fragrances for around the same amount here and received them quicker. My end total was quite a bit higher than I anticipated but I am enjoying them, so no matter. Will look for Canadian online retailers next time.

I ran into FragranceX.com on social media and I was skeptical to purchase from the site at first because there are lots of scammers out there. I must say they have surpassed my expectations. I got all the fragrances I wanted at affordable prices. The only snag was not being able to test the fragrances before purchasing but the site does an excellent choice of describing each product that you could almost smell them. I will definitely patronize FragranceClX again.

My purchase of the perfumes I wanted was fine, product arrived in good condition and on time. The perfumes I bought has the right price range and size that I wanted. The only thing I was not happy about was that the items were not in bubble wraps, it's in a secure box but having bubble wraps would be more ideal especially when shipping to another country. Overall though, great price and selection, hope some of the perfumes I'm looking for gets back in stock soon. Highly recommended
I’d recommend fragrancex 100 times as it has our favorite perfumes which are not available in our country or it’s just overpriced. Prices are great ! One drawback would be that the scent notes of fragrance are not stated on the site. Adding that information would really help people to identify their favorite scents

I ordered Invictus from Fragrance X. The price of the item was very good compared to other sites. The shipping coast was low. The product arrived quickly. The product was great and smells terrific!
What I ordered was exactly what I got in perfect condition and earlier than I expected. I have not found a better fragrance website for quality women's perfume at a discount than FragranceX.com and I have looked at all of them. The above is why I recommend highly shopping FragranceX.com. The only con is the look of the website. The stark white back round is akin to the (now withering out of existence) cheap bright lights at a mall dressing room. A stress to the eye and often leads to not purchasing what I was looking at. I also find the aesthetic of the website far to cluttered.

To date, the delivery is ten days beyond expectations, with an additional two days added. I am a bit disappointed with the length of time to receive the product without any advance notice of the delay.
Delivery has always been excellent, the perfume comes well packaged so there is no breakage, and it is quick. The negatives are there are too many emails especially saying there are price decreased when in fact it is not true. Also other discounts, such as this $5 normally cannot be combined with the 15% standard discount.

I love this Kenzo classics. It has the same exact smell when I last used it back in the mid 2000...the only downside is that the smell does not stay long..4 to 6 hours it kind of fade away.Im now using the elixir by Sauvage and this one has a longer hours,,overall smell, I love it very much.

The pricing on your website is ok, some fragrances are under what other seller sell at, but also some you guys sell for quite but more than other. The shipping fee is great for dhl insured shipping and packaging is robust and good. Sadly buyer camnot use more than 1 code which is unfortunate

It would be fantastic to see your brand/ website being a part of global warming supports. This can be a really bold steps. Fragrance in a sealed box seems to be sort of not really useful as many of the influencers influence their audience to just throw it away and somehow expressing inconvenience unboxing it. To cut it short as I am not working at your greatest business, it would be better to see the fragrance bottle in your very own mini canvas or nylon bag with trademark logo than in the original perfume boxes. Dealing with successful top tier designer brands might be somewhat, a bold moves but your website is as well one of the top tiers. We all need to maintain and offer hands to secure our home we live in.

First of all, thank you for your dedicated service and support throughout the years. However, it's important that any issues with orders are promptly resolved, especially for long-time loyal customers.
I took a chance to purchase as I saw an ad on Facebook. At first I thought it was a fraudulent advertisement but after some research, it turned out to be legitimate. After viewing the prices in my local currency, I was amazed that local vendors charge 2x or 3x the cost of the item. Some of the more popular scents on the market I was able to find and order a few. So far the one I am using - Rasasi Nafaeis Al Shaghaf, I am 50/50 on it whether I like it or purchase it again. I don't think I get the mileage of the scent that was expected even though I followed the guidelines on where to spray the product. I am yet to try the others which are not that musky but yet I am accustom to using similar products. The images for the scents are adequate, what you see is what you get. With respect to shipping, more bubble wrap could be used to line the sides of the box as through shipping the box I received had a slight tear at the bottom however the products were not damaged. I appreciated the fact that the scents were in there own plastic wrap and not the box alone which can be opened. It would have been nice to get at most 2 samples (5ml), per order, to test based on the order received as not all scents would agree with a person. In this manner, if I was sure I wanted to a particular scent, I would purchase a full size bottle. Overall, I have purchased twice from this site and may continue to do so.

Very good with the amazing stock of diferent perfumes, and prices and very discounted. Also the bouns for me was the fast shipment and it was all perfectly packaged where there was no room for the perfumes to move around and break. Also really like that they also has diferent sizes of the frangrances that i odered, so that i could shose from. Very good and extreamly helpful how they work with payment instaments too HUGE BOUNES on that.

If I could have my OWN QR code to give to people whom ask about my perfume and I receive a discount of some sort, besides the 5$ coupon off. I ordered for a perfume famiiar to me and I am not really sure if I received a legitimate product. My comment on clarity of information relates to testers. What are the conditions by which you sell testers - expiration dates, pull-out conditions and storage, remaining volumes.

I would express my only complaint, that having ordered 4 different fragrances in a single box, and being shipped to P.R., the packaging would have included some sort of cushion(bubble wrap/foam, newspaper). All the perfumes purchased smell amazing. One of them was received and the nozzle is messed up but I can still use it so it’s not an issue for me considering how much I paid for that fragrance
Like my fragrance. But found it a stronger scent then I prefer. So I use sparily and that seems to work. A little goes a long way, but does last all day

The fragrances that i have been ordering are great to wear. My only issue is that I do order from this site alotband they don't give you samples. My friend order from another site and they send him samples bottles the small ones. That's the only issue that I have.
